Problem with Internet..siapa salah??

I dont know where is wrong? who to blame?

for thousands of times i tried to upload pic, until my cigarette (Dunhill Light) finish also still in the blank..

rasa nak marah pun ada..dah la kat luar tu hujan, ada kaitan ke dengan internet? tak boleh kena air ke?? F***K la...
